Senior Client Development Operations Specialist – working on the centralisation of the firm’s bid process in the London office of a Boutique US law firm. Global Role. Fantastic culture and progression.
This boutique US law firm, with a rapidly growing London presence, is really looking to improve and centralise its bid processes. In doing so, it is looking to hire a Senior Client Development Operations Specialist. You will work as part of a global team but based in London. This is a new role, so there’s lots of opportunity to bring new ideas to the table!
The role will involve:
- Working on the development and improvement of the firm’s bid processes;
- Playing a key role in a major project to centralise bid process and systems;
- Rolling out a of a new pitch builder system;
- Driving the development of customised content and responses to complex bid requests;
- Ensuring that BD credentials and content are kept up to date on the proposals database;
- Playing an advisory role on and promoting bid best practice;
- Tracking and reporting on bid activity including wins/losses;
The role has excellent scope to grow and develop to work on improving the overall content that the firm takes out to market.
The role would suit a bid / pursuits / proposal professional with excellent project management and bid process management. Professional services experience and an interest in legal sector is essential. Candidates must be tech-savvy and any experience of utilizing bid automation systems would be desirable, but not essential.
