Senior Business Development Manager
Senior Business Development Manager role with a leading international law firm. This is a unique opportunity to support a market leading Corporate practice in a strategic business development and marketing role. Supporting the groups on the planning and implementation of all BD initiatives this is a varied role that will be challenging as well as rewarding. In addition you will lead a small team. This highly engaged group of Partners appreciate proactive BD support and also welcome creative ideas to make them stand out. Day to day responsibilities include:
- Coordinating the practice group partners to bring together a focused approach to targeting new business;
- Leading on the developing and implementation of marketing and thought leadership campaigns;
- Assisting with the client development for key growth clients;
- Annual business planning and budgeting, helping the groups identify growth areas; and
- Managing a team, providing guidance and training.
This highly successful firm is looking for a professional with significant marketing and BD experience gained in a similar professional services environment. This should include pitching, practice group/sector marketing, client targeting, campaigns and budgeting, as well as management of small teams.
