We were looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager for our business. This was a first-time appointment for us and generally outside our usual hiring remit, so we weren’t sure of a recruiter to use.
Frosso had been recommended to us as someone who had specific expertise in recruiting marketing/business development roles within the real estate sector. We were looking to partner with one recruiter to help us source the right candidate. Having spoken to two recruitment companies, it was clear that Frosso had a real understanding of what we were looking for and built a strong rapport with us.
We decided to work exclusively with Frosso on this assignment. She gave us some useful advice around attributes, skillset and salary for this role and put together a job spec for us. She presented us with an initial shortlist followed by a further supplementary shortlist.
We interviewed a number of strong candidates, taking three of these through to a final presentation round and eventual appointment.
