Senior Events Specialist EMEA

Senior Events Specialist role in a popular US law firm. Managing Events for the EMEA region. London with hybrid working. Salary up to £60,000.

This popular US law firm is growing their marketing function in London and looking for a Senior Events Specialist to manage their EMEA events. The role will work in collaboration with the US team, but take ownership on the EMEA events calendar.

Duties include:

• Managing end to end events, including venue sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, client list management, development of event collateral and coordination on the day;
• Work with Partners and practice groups on delivering strategic client events and corporate hospitality;
• Generate relationships with industry suppliers and venues, in London and across Europe;
• Support the US team on the global events strategy;

The role will suit an experienced events professional with 5+ years of experience who is looking to take on more strategic ownership. Professional services or legal experience is essential. Experience of Cvent and virtual event platforms is desired. Fluency in a European language would also be helpful but isn’t essential.
