    Senior Events Executive position in a popular UK law firm. Line management of an assistant. London based with Hybrid working. Salary up to £40,000.


    We are working with a leading UK law firm, with a strong presence in the charity sector and public sector. They are recruiting a Senior Events Executive to manage their end-to-end events, both virtual and in-person. The role will join a friendly BD team, headed up by a Director who’s really invested in the growth and development of their team. We’ve seen numerous members of the team progress and be promoted over the last few years! The role will also manage an Events Assistant, creating a great development opportunity for the Senior Executive.


    The Senior Events Executive will:

    • Ensure and manage the firm’s event processes
    • Project manage virtual and in-person events
    • Manage the team’s budget
    • Manage relationships with external venues and providers
    • Collaborate with the CRM team on developing mailing lists and email campaigns
    • Develop event marketing collateral
    • Ensure events are advertised across digital channels
    • Develop post event reports and feedback
    • Manage regional events for offices in the South of England
    • Line manage an assistant


    The role will suit an events professional with experience of managing the full end-to-end client events. Experience within professional services or a corporate environment is ideal. Candidates need to be confident in advising the business and have a commercial mindset. CRM experience, such as Vuture and InterAction, would be useful.
