(Senior) Client Programme Manager (12 month FTC)

(Senior) Client Programme Manager – 12 month mat cover role in mid-sized international law firm working on the firm’s key account programme and leading on client listening.

If you have experience of managing key client programmes in a major law firm and are available for a contract position? If so, this could be the role for you. Working in a really friendly environment with a good work life balance you would be responsible for:

• Support on the firm’s key client programme – reviewing clients, creating account plans;
• Working on the client listening programme – developing processes and reporting;
• Conducting client interviews;
• Advocate best practice and toolkits for managing key accounts;
• Playing an advisory role to partners – coaching, influencing etc;
• Managing a small team.

People will also be considered at the Manager level.

You must have really solid experienced in managing key client programmes and advising partners on key account management, ideally in a major law firm or accounting firm.
