Senior Business Development Manager ESG – 12 month maternity cover role aligned to ESG and risk advisory in well-known global law firm. Hybrid working.

This Senior Business Development Manager role is a 12 month maternity cover FTC. It will involve taking the lead on implementing the ESG BD plans for the EMEA region. Additionally, you will feed into the global ESG effort. You will work across sectors and practice groups with a particular focus on finance, energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors. A smaller part of the role will involved developing the BD effort for the risk advisory group.
This is a really varied role with a big emphasis on marketing, campaigns and events and minimal bids.
Whilst the role is a contract, the firm has a sizeable BD team and often contracts are extended or new permanent opportunities will arise.
Key responsibilities include:
You will have really solid experience gained within a major professional services firm, ideally a global law firm. Experience of working in ESG and/or sustainability is highly desirable or at the very least a keen interest in the area. You will be full of creative ideas and have the ability to influence and persuade.
