Senior Business Development Manager role in a top international law firm aligned to the firm’s ESG group. As part of the firm’s corporate practice, this role will provide strategic and tactical advice to drive growth of the firm’s ESG work. Working with some of the most senior stakeholders across the firm, this role is of strategic importance and has a very high profile. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working at a fast pace, in a high energy environment and wants to make a valuable contribution to revenue growth.
On a day to day basis, the role will be a mix of well-rounded BD duties including:
• Development and delivery of business development plans for the ESG and Climate Change Practice Groups
• Driving campaigns around ESG and Climate Change that promote the firm as market leading experts.
• Advising partners and lawyers on winning bid content
• Supporting with events such as round tables and conferences, including COP30
• Developing ESG credentials and marketing collateral
• Collaborating with global stakeholders to ensure ESG client wins and market information is shared and built upon
The role would suit an established BD and Marketing Manager who is looking for a step up, from legal or wider professional services, and has a passion and drive for all things ESG. Candidates need to be adaptable and confident working with Senior Partners.
