Pitch and Proposal Manager

Bid and Pitch Manager role at this top international law firm. Perfect for a Senior Executive / Specialist stepping up! London with hybrid working.

This top international law firm, with a friendly and established team, is looking for a Pitch Manager to join and support in the development of the firm’s bid strategy. This role will focus on key bids for their top 50 strategic priority clients. As well as developing the firm’s bid infrastructure and exploring new forms of innovation to support in their pursuits. For the right candidate there could also be line management opportunities.

The Bid Manager will:

• Work with practice and sector BD teams, to develop bespoke bid responses;
• Utilise and ensure the firm’s bid best practice is upheld;
• Design and manage high quality bids across private and public sector;
• Coach Partners and Pitch teams on presentation skills;
• Conduct post-bid analysis and collate client feedback;
• Design and update bid documents for the firm’s new bid strategy;
• Research innovation and process ideas for the bid team.

This role would suit someone with at least 5 years of bid and pitch experience within professional services, financial services or built environment. An APMP qualification would be helpful but isn’t essential. The firm is very happy to speak to candidates who are stepping up.
