    Head of Clients & Solutions 

     

    Head of Clients & Solutions role for a mid-sized international law firm with a formidable reputation in financial services.  A newly created role that will be responsible for the firm’s key client programme, and will involve selecting and reviewing the appropriate clients, providing insights to the client relationship partners, and will play an instrumental part in the future growth of the firm.  With heavy buy in and investment from the Managing Partner, this is a great opportunity to really put your stamp on something.  Day to day responsibilities will include:

     

    • Work with the Managing Partner, CMO and Partnership Board to review and regularly update the firm-wide client strategy.
    • Create and maintain a toolkit of documents, best practice guidance, tips and techniques for establishing client teams, undertaking client reviews, creating client action plans and other client-related activities.
    • Manage the firm’s client listening programme by carrying out interviews with clients, analyse the data to provide trends and solutions to the partnership.
    • Work with BD, Legal Operations and HR colleagues to create an effective secondee programme.

     

    The ideal candidate will have strong influencing, negotiating and coaching skills at partner level.  You should be proactive, and have the proven ability to plan and execute against business development plans/goals.  You will be able to build strong relationships with internal and external clients, and be commercially astute.  This is a fantastic opportunity lead on a client program in a firm where you can be autonomous and really make a difference.
