Head of Clients & Markets – leading a team of account managers and sector leads within a prestigious global law firm. London/Hybrid.

This is one of the world’s leading law firms with a reputation for having a great culture where D&I and flexibility is top of the agenda.

Under new business development leadership, the firm is now looking for a Head of Clients & Markets to lead a sizeable team of senior level account managers and sector leads. This will involve leading the firm’s priority client programme for the UK and US regions as well as leading sector business development across a number of sectors including financial services, infrastructure, energy and TMT.

Specifically the role will focus on:

• Leading on the development of programmes designed to develop and deepen client reationships;
• Developing strong relationships with sector leads partners and playing an advisory role to them;
• Working with partners to cross-sell and increase revenue from key accounts;
• Ensuring that training and upskilling the partners on account management is delivered;
• Managing the implementation of the firm’s client feedback programmes;
• Ad hoc coaching and providing tactical advice to partners on how to best manage accounts;
• Setting best practice around account management process;
• Managing a significant sized team.

You will have significant experience of managing key accounts and developing key account best practice in a major law firm or big four accounting firm. Also, key to this role is experience in managing a number of senior team members.
