Interesting Data Analyst role, focusing on BD systems, within a growing UK Law Firm. Salesforce focused. London with hybrid working. Up to £70,000, DOE.
This UK law firm, with a strong culture and ambitious plans for their BD team, are looking for a CRM Data Analyst, following the roll out of their new CRM system, Salesforce Upper Sigma. The role will also utilise their client intelligence platform, Introhive and their new email marketing tool, Concep. As well as working with the finance team, to look at data from wider client systems.
Having just completed phase 1 of their roll out of Salesforce, they are now looking to really best utilise this platform for data driven marketing, and want someone who can work with the business and BD team to develop sophisticated dashboards. These dashboards will be utilised up to all levels, including by the board.
The role will also have an element of ensuring data integrity, but long term, the team are looking at a business case to bring in an Assistant / Apprentice to support. And ultimately, they see this role growing further than just CRM data, working with a variety of business areas with their client systems.
This is a great role for a CRM professional with a creative mindset, who wants to grow into something a bit different. Experience of Salesforce would be helpful, but isn’t essential. But candidates must be confident with a comparable CRM system, and building reports using PowerBI. Experience of legal would be desirable, but the firm are also open to candidates from wider professional services.
