Client Programme Manager

Client Programme Manager position in a mid-sized international law firm. London based, hybrid working. Highly competitive salary.

This mid-sized global law firm are looking for a Client Programme Manager to manage a range of their BD and client initiatives. The main focus will be the relationship programme that is for their network of clients and intermediaries worldwide. The role will also support the wider client development function on other programmes such as client listening endeavours and the alumni programme.

Key duties of the role will include:

• Managing the firm’s key intermediary relationships;
• Overseeing the firmwide intermediary programme;
• Reporting on key outputs across the relationship programme;
• Supporting on the use of client listening as a tool to develop strategic relationships;
• Supporting the team on the smooth running of the key client programme;
• Developing the firm’s alumni programme;
• Championing the use of the firm’s CRM (InterAction) for better tracking and reporting.

You will have experience of managing client relationships or managing client programmes either in a law firm, or an equivalent professional services environment. Experience of using a CRM system is essential.
