Client Development Manager (Private Equity)

Client Development Manager role in an international law firm. Client facing role. London based with hybrid working. Salary up to £85,000.

This is a client facing role and will be responsible for working with the Corporate and Private Equity teams, to develop and implement client strategies. The PE team act for a large number of private equity sponsors, investee companies, management teams and debt providers, and work across a range of industries and deal sizes.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for coaching Partners and Associates, supporting them in being more effective in managing their client relationships.  The role will be based in the London office, but also work closely with the teams in Germany, with some travel needed.

Client Development Manager responsibilities include:

• Advise Partners on strategies for enhancing client relationships.
• Lead on the implementation of activities to support the delivery of revenue growth, with budgetary and reporting responsibility.
• Identify potential leads through analysis of the market, relationship mapping and competitor activity.
• Work with the Marketing and Finance teams to devise high impact client events, marketing initiatives and robust pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with the IT teams to develop technical products/solutions which add value to client relationships.
