Business Development Manager (Litigation)

Business Development Manager role aligned to Litigation in a top London Corporate firm. Hybrid working. Salary up to £75k.

This London law firm is looking for a BD Manager to work with the Head of BD on developing their growing litigation group. This role would be a great opportunity for an experienced Senior BD Executive / Specialist to step up and you will have plenty of support from the team to grow in the role.

The Business Development Manager will:

• Advise Partners on the developing on business plans and budgets for the practice
• Carry out practice area analysis in collaboration with the Practice Lead
• Encourage Associates to be proactive and involved in BD activities
• Lead on cross-selling initiatives
• Develop key client plans
• Ensure Partners are up to date with competitor and market developments
• Work with the bid team on strategic bids
• Lead on strategic firmwide campaigns
• Work with the Marketing and PR teams on profile raising initiatives for the Corporate practice

Law firm experience is essential, and candidates must be confident in persuading and guiding Partners. Knowledge of Litigation would be useful but can be developed in the role.
