Bid / Proposal Specialist

Bid and Proposal Specialist opportunity in a popular US law firm. London based with hybrid working. EMEA focus. Paying up to £55,000.

This popular US law firm, with a well-established team in London, is looking for a Bid Specialist due to growth. The role will work closely with the Paris Bid team, as well as the global team, supporting on a range of multi-jurisdictional strategic panels / tenders.

Duties will include:

• Preparing and managing panel responses, from kick-off meetings through to submission and presentation stage;
• Assisting the Pitch team on coaching Partners for pitch presentation;
• Developing central pitch content and ensuring the central system, Foundation, is up to date;
• Developing and implementing bid best practice throughout the firm;

The role would suit a bid professional with 3-4 years of experience. Ideally you will have experience within legal or comparable professional services. This role could also suit a BD professional who is looking to specialist in bid management. European language skills would be helpful but aren’t essential.
