    Bid Manager role in a growing International Built Environment Consultancy. Full bid management across public and private sector. Birmingham with hybrid working. Salary up to £50,000, but open to discussion.

    We are working with an international construction project management consultancy, who are growing their marketing team. As a result, they are looking to hire an experienced Bid Manager to project manage their influx of bids. The role will work alongside another Bid Manager, working on international bids both in the public and private sector.

    The Bid Manager will:

    • Lead the strategy and development of major bids, managing the full process
    • Research current and future bid opportunities, supporting with the decision of whether to bid
    • Write and edit content for all bid collateral
    • Support with presentation preparation, ensuring the business understand win themes etc.
    • Set timelines and milestones for the tender processes
    • Conduct research on competitors, clients and industry updates

    The role would suit a Bid professional with around 6 years of experience. Successful candidates will ideally be from an architecture, engineering or construction background, or have strong knowledge of built environment. Candidates must be confident developing bid strategies and be able to communicate this effectively to the business. Experience of InDesign is required and Illustrator / Photoshop could also be beneficial, but not essential.
