BD Manager role in a growing West End law firm, focusing on their disputes group. London with hybrid working.
This London law firm, known for their Private Client and Real Estate work, is on a great growth trajectory, and under new leadership in the BD team, which has revitalised how they approach BD. As a result they are looking for a BD Manager, to support their disputes group, primarily Corporate Commercial Disputes, Estates and Family.
Each area is successful in the firm, but are at different stages with their BD, and really need someone to come in, who can suggest ideas and get the Partners thinking a bit differently about how they approach BD.
The role will support a Senior BD Manager for Disputes, making this a great role for a Senior BD Executive who is ready to make a step up to Manager. The team can offer guidance and support to the role holder to help in this transition, and the firm have a great history of identifying and nurturing talent in the team!
Law firm experience is ideal. Experience of disputes is not essential, but candidates must show an interest in the area. Candidates must be creative and good communicators, able to persuade stakeholders to think differently.
