BD and Marketing Manager (Real Estate) – Contract

BD and Marketing Manager role in a top international law firm. Aligned to Real Estate. 12-14 month FTC. 50:50 hybrid working. Highly competitive salary.

We are working with a popular international law firm, who are seeking a BD Manager on an initial 12-14 month FTC. The role will sit within the Real Estate sector team and is a maternity cover, but we have seen various contracts in the team be extended or be made perm in the past, as the team has been growing rapidly, so there are often internal opportunities.

The role will be supported by and line manage two Senior BD Executives, so the firm are looking for an experienced BD Manager, who wants to be strategic in their role.

The BD and Marketing Manager will get involved with a variety of initiatives, such as:

• Supporting Partners on client targeting and developing existing relationships;
• Developing large thought leadership campaigns from inception to completion;
• Developing campaign roll out / launch events, either hybrid or live;
• Working on key strategic pitches for the Real Estate team;
• Working on the bimonthly internal Real Estate event, organising speakers and themes;

The role would suit an established BD Manager, ideally with experience of a law firm, or in a professional services environment targeting the Real Estate sector. The team is really dynamic, and they want someone who can come in with new ideas and tenacity!
