We had a requirement for a first-time appointment of a Head of Business Development, and Anthem were recommended to us. We invited them and one of their competitors to pitch for the assignment, and were immediately impressed by Frosso and Simone’s market knowledge and track record. Not only that, but we really liked them and instantly had the confidence that we could work well together
Frosso and Simone presented us with a shortlist of excellent candidates. They met us in person to go through the CVs together. It was clear from this meeting that they knew these candidates extremely well and had gone through a rigorous screening process. They also weren’t afraid to push us a little when they believed we had overlooked someone they felt was suitable.
Throughout the interview process Frosso and Simone were on-hand to guide and advise us every step of the way. They even provided us with some marketing/BD related questions we could ask, and came along to the final stage interviews of two candidates, as we had no experience of interviewing for this skillset.
Despite a setback when our preferred candidate accepted a counter-offer from his existing firm, Frosso and Simone delivered on the brief.
