BD & Marketing Manager for a top-ranked boutique law firm.  The firm is best known for it’s work in complex criminal and regulatory law and has worked on ground-breaking international cases.  The firm has an excellent culture and work/life balance, and is a place where you can make a real difference to the firm’s future.  The partner group is enthusiastic about marketing and business development; they just need more structure and support!  This role will also be considered on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting partners in their activities targeting potential referral sources and developing existing relationships
• Proactively introducing BD ideas to deepen referral relationships and make new connections
• Organising BD events such as round tables, seminars, and dinners
• Mapping referral relationships and highlighting BD opportunities
• Tracking and reporting on networking and client activity to show ROI
• Creating marketing materials such as collateral for events

Applicants must have at least four years’ experience in a legal marketing/BD role, and have the confidence and gravitas to work directly with partners.  You should be a proactive self-starter who wants to work autonomously.
