Senior Global Client Relationship Manager

Senior Global Client Relationship Manager – Client-facing role with global remit managing two major clients in international boutique law firm. Hybrid working.

This international boutique law firm is top of its game in a number of key areas including transport, financial services and insurance. The business development and marketing function is headed by an inspiring and supportive leader who has really shifted the firm’s understanding of business development.

In recent years, the firm has built out its client relationship function and this Senior Global Client Relationship Manager role is part of this growth. Managing a small number of key clients, including a bank and a corporate, you will be responsible for the following:

The role will involve:

• Developing and delivering the account plans for a small amount of global key clients;
• Driving client relationships and networking through clients to grow new revenue;
• Encouraging partners to cross-sell in order to grow revenue within new jurisdictions and practice areas;
• Providing support and coaching to partners in managing their client relationships;
• Market and client research and horizon scanning;
• RFPs and bids to key clients;
• Regular monitoring and meetings with client teams to ensure that client plans are being executed;
• Financial and performance tracking

You will have a significant track record in client relationship management within the legal sector or wider professional services. You will have knowledge of innovative pricing models and product development. Change management and influencing skills are also key to this role. Ideally, you will have experience or knowledge of the insurance world and/or shipping/transport.
