Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager role in a specialist advisory firm. London based with 3 days working from home. Salary circa £75,000.

We are working with a boutique but growing professional services firm in London, who are looking for a new Marketing Manager, who will work closely with the Chief BD&M Officer in developing their marketing function and infrastructure. The firm want to be taking the next step in developing their marketing strategy, especially around content and campaigns. The role will work alongside the wider BD team, with a Marketing Executive as a direct report, and support from a BD & Marketing Assistant.

This is a great role for someone who wants to make their mark, and long term grow into a more senior role in the firm.

The role will include but is not limited to:

• Formulate and deliver the group’s marketing strategy in collaboration with the leadership team and key stakeholders;
• Develop and own the multi-channel communications strategy;
• Lead on content generation for digital channels;
• Manage relationships with third parties such as PR and Design agencies;
• Manage and develop junior team members;

The role would suit an experienced Marketing Manager with strategy management and line management experience. Experience in professional services is essential!
