CRM Manager

CRM & Email Marketing Manager – Managing the launch of a new CRM in a prestigious global law firm. London with hybrid working. Up to £75,000.

This major global law firm has a great culture where innovation thrives. It is investing heavily in marketing technology and is looking for a CRM Manager to drive best practice around CRM, especially as they launch their new CRM, InterAction+, as one of the first law firms to do so.

This is an interesting project, that will require someone to change perceptions around CRM in the firm, as they invest more in technology. Once implemented, there will also be the opportunity to suggest new changes and innovation for their wider email marketing system, Vuture, perhaps looking at new potential technology.

On a day-to-day basis, the role will involve:

• Taking the lead on queries around the CRM database
• Overseeing the development and maintenance of the CRM database;
• Developing best practice around use of the database and upskilling the marketing team on use of the database;
• Running monthly reports and analytics;
• Working on email campaigns, using Vuture;
• Developing ways to improve segmentation and better targeting;
• Improving ROI and reporting.
• Line management of an Assistant and an Executive.

You will have solid experience in CRM databases and marketing automation, ideally gained within a professional services environment. You will be commercially minded with strong organisational skills.
