Senior CRM Executive

Senior CRM Executive in a mid-sized international law firm, London-based, hybrid working, competitive salary

An exciting Senior CRM Executive role in this growing law firm has come up to sit within their BD and Communications team as they migrate to a new CRM. The role will work closely with the Global CRM manager to ensure the rollout is a success globally, which will require travelling to their international offices.

Key duties include:

• Working with the CRM manager to action tasks on the project upgrade timeline
• Train all users on the system internationally
• Maintain and produce new data entry standards
• Maintain and promote the use of Power Bi reports

This is an exciting time to join the firm as it begins the rollout phase! The successful candidate must have CRM experience within professional services and experience working with data analysis and segmentation.

Experience in InterAction is desirable for the role, but the team is also open to considering candidates with experience with Intapp and Microsoft Dynamics.
