When Frosso first met me and talked me through my CV she really took the time to question what I had written. In fact she completely refocused the CV and my job search. This resulted in a very speedy application, interview then offer. Simone talked me through this part of the process and was attentive, supportive and understanding. In both cases their experience and intuitive knowledge shone through. Recruitment didn’t feel like a process with them, and as a candidate I felt they provided an individualised service.
