Talent Acquisition Advisor – taking ownership of the recruitment for leading Thames Valley law firm. Opportunity to develop generalist HR skills. Uxbridge based. Hybrid working.
This regional law firm is one of the leading law firms in the Thames Valley area and really punches above its weight. Working with a great HR leadership, you will manage both fee earner and business services recruitment. Unusually, however, you will also be given the opportunity to develop your generalist HR skills.
The role will involve:
Developing and devising a recruitment strategy ensuring best practice and consistency;
Taking responsibility for the whole recruitment life cycle;
Running recruitment campaigns, ensuring that each campaign is on brand;
Delivering exemplary candidate experience;
Ensuring systems such candidate management systems and Linkedin Recruiter are fully utilised;
Broader HR responsibilities;
The ideal candidate will have recruitment experience gained within a professional services or financial services environment. You will be client centric with the gravitas to influence and persuade senior stakeholders. A driving licence is key for this role as you will work between offices, with your main base in Uxbridge or Chesham. Ideally, you will have the CIPD or be studying towards it.
