Senior Business Development Manager Real Estate. This 12 month contract role with an international, full-service law firm is a great opportunity to work for a firm with a truly forward thinking approach. Supporting the real estate and finance group as a true trusted advisor to the lead partners on all marketing and business development matters. This firm is a leader in some of the world’s most dynamic industries, and takes a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
- Creating opportunities with new and existing clients; taking a strategic approach to putting the firm front of mind with clients and targets.
- Guiding and challenging partners on new opportunities so business leads and emerging opportunities are identified.
- Advising Partners and Associates on enhancing client relationships.
- Developing and delivering insightful and innovative marketing that drives engagement.
This firm is looking for a professional, proactive and enthusiastic individual. You will ideally have a BD background in a law firm or other professional services, as well as knowledge of the real estate market (ideally). In addition you should demonstrate a variety of skills across pitching, account management and thought leadership. You should also be commercially aware and strategically savvy. In return the firm offers a great working environment and flexibility. Must be available for an August start date.
