Work with Partners and other key stakeholders to prepare pricing proposals
Proactively encourage partners to offer more innovative Alternative Fee Arrangements
Support senior management in preparation of excel models and charts and formal presentations
Take ownership of Client RFP (request for proposal) and pricing projects,
Form a commercial view of the client, including profitability analysis, rates analysis, past matter analysis, benchmarking and strategic importance to both the partner and the firm.
Write business cases to support the submission of pricing proposals to the Pricing Approval Board
Provide pricing support for global pricing proposals
Undertake financial modelling and scenario analysis to support pricing decisions
A solid grounding and experience in commercial business
Analytical/FP&A skills from a professional services organisation
Pricing knowledge or a genuine interest in moving into this area
Knowledge of professional service business models (advantageous)
Relevant experience of working in pricing or commercial roles
Experience of working in a fast-growing global organisation (desirable)
