Legal Client Relationship Manager. This well known boutique law firm is a market leader in its specialist field. This is a great opportunity to work for a law firm that offers a warm and collaborative culture alongside the experience of supporting lawyers that are at the top of their game. The Client Relationship Manager will be instrumental in driving client relationships to ensure the best service, high retention and revenue growth. This is a client facing opportunity. Responsibilities include:
- Managing the firm’s well established client relationship programme
- Organising and attending client review meetings
- Identify key themes from client feedback reviews and drive change where appropriate
- Produce client-specific business analysis including client strategy, revenue and profitability, relationship mapping, developments in the client’s markets, liaising with the Finance team and Know-how as appropriate as well as using external research sources
- Line management of a Marketing Executive
The ideal candidate will have gained previous relevant experience in a Business Development/client relationship role, preferably within a legal or other professional services firm such as accountancy or actuarial. As well as this, you will need to be an enthusiastic self-starter who is also proactive. You should also be confident in challenging Partners and be a versatile team player too.
