BD Manager position to support a major international law firm’s banking/finance practice. This major international law firm boasts a well-established and well-resourced business development function with a stable leadership, and contract roles often become more permanent. This is a classic full mix marketing and BD role where responsibilities include:
- Acting as the lead for pitches, the pitch process and promote pitching best practice
- Work with practice leaders and wider Finance leadership team on the implementation of targeting initiatives and campaigns
- Act as a ‘Client Account Manager’ on some of the firm’s key clients; including developing client plans and ensuring the core teams deliver on key objectives and priorities
- Marketing Campaigns, Thought Leadership and Profile Raising
You will have solid previous experience in working in a business development/marketing environment, preferably in a major law firm. You must demonstrate a solid understanding of marketing and business development processes, and prior knowledge of the banking and finance world would be advantageous.
