- Supporting change through multiple internal communications channels
- Build a clear content strategy based on overall strategic plan and metrics/feedback;
- Support the Talent team in delivering onboarding and people networks that promote engagement
- Support senior leaders across the firm in developing communications strategies and approaches to promote collaboration, connectivity and cross-selling
- Support and guide senior leaders to ensure ‘one voice’ and ‘one narrative’ for all leadership communications
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering outstanding internal communications advice and support. You should have some experience of working in the professional services sector. It is also essential that the successful candidate relishes working as part of a busy team and has a collaborative mindset. Other qualities include enthusiasm, flexibility, creativity in addition to a sense of humour.
