Candidate Resourcer role in boutique recruitment agency. Hybrid London and home working. Competitive salary + commission!
We are looking for a Candidate Resourcer to join our small but perfectly formed team in London. Working with two inspirational female directors you could make a valuable contribution to our growth. Currently a team of five looking to grow significantly over the next few years. We offer an alternative environment to the large, KPI driven agencies that don’t value the input of their employees.
We operate in a niche market and recruit marketing and business development and finance roles for professional services firms. Our clients range from law firm and accountancy firms to property and built environment consultancies. Our clients work with us because aside from knowing we’ll do a good job, we’re fun to work with. You’ll enjoy working in a flexible environment where you can work from home to suit your needs but also be in the office to learn from a fabulous team of Consultants and Resourcers.
Focusing on candidate attraction, you will be responsible for:
- Utilising the CRM database to contact and stay in touch with current and lapsed candidates
- Using LinkedIn to attract new candidates
- Speaking to candidates on the phone
- Arranging registration meetings
- Giving advice to candidates on their CV and interview technique
- Meeting candidates to prepare them for interview
- Writing candidate profiles
- Preparing CVs
- Keeping candidate records up to date on the database
- Sharing candidate information with Consultants
- Promoting candidate referral scheme
To succeed in this role you will be enthusiastic, motivated and tenacious. You should have a curious mind and enjoy interacting with people. You will be confident and enjoy using the telephone to engage with people. Ideally, you will have worked in a sales environment, such as recruitment or estate agency, and will have experience of achieving targets successfully.
