Business Development Programme Manager – three brand new roles in one of the world’s largest real estate consultancies. Great role for an Exec stepping up.
This global property consultancy is investing heavily in business development with three brand new Business Development Programme Manager roles. The roles are part of the firm’s new Client Care and Business Development Programme and will all sit within the firm’s Occupier Services capability which services large corporate tenants across a range of industry sectors. These roles will be aligned to the TMT and life sciences sector as well as one more general role. They will work on targeting new business and growing business from existing accounts.
On a day-to-day basis, the role will involve:
- Developing and managing the Client Care and Business Development Programme for one or two specific sectors;
- Creating a plan and structure to business development within these sectors;
- Mapping and analysing clients and prospects to identify gaps and opportunities;
- Developing strong relationships with Sector Heads and fee earners to encourage cross-selling and a sales culture;
- Developing business development best practice;
- Working with stakeholders across the wider business to ensure that there is alignment to the BD programme.
This is a great opportunity for an Executive/Senior Executive looking to step up into a manager role.
You will have strong business development/sales support experience gained within the commercial real estate sector or wider professional services sector with some exposure to real estate. You will be a real self-starter as well as being a collaborative team player to share ideas across the business.
