Business Development & Marketing Assistant (Commodities)


BD & Marketing assistant role in a growing mid-sized international law firm aligned to the Commodities sector group. London based.


This popular and growing mid-sized law firm is looking for a BD & Marketing Assistant to join their team. The role will have a focus on marketing and campaigns for their Commodities sector group, as well as their litigation practice. The role will support the Senior BD Executive, for the group, across the whole mix of BD, marketing and client development.


The Marketing & Business Development Assistant will:

  • Manage the BD and bid pipeline for the group
  • Support with the creation of bids and credentials
  • Manage internal communications for the practice
  • Support with directory and award submissions
  • Deliver events, and also webinars
  • Maintain and create marketing collateral, such as brochures, credential, social media materials


This is great role for a someone with some exposure to marketing and business development within professional services or a B2B background to start their career in the legal sector.  You will be a recent graduate with a professional services placement year or long internship under your belt already. You will have excellent interpersonal, writing skills, and also strong IT skills.


PLEASE NOTE: This is a permanent role. Candidates must have already graduated or be 2021 graduates, that are able to start a new role in the next couple of months. Any 2021 graduates applying must have completed a placement year or long-term internship.
