BD and Marketing Assistant

BD and Marketing Assistant role in a Private Client Law firm. Initial 3-6 Month FTC, with a high chance of extension. Immediate Start. London.


We are working with a popular boutique Private Client law firm, who are looking for a BD and Marketing Assistant to join them immediately. The role will initially be a 6 month FTC, but will likely be extended! The role will be a mix across BD, marketing, comms etc.


The BD and Marketing Assistant will:

  • Produce marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, credentials etc.
  • Ensure the firm’s CRM, InterAction, is up to date for email marketing
  • Maintain the marketing team’s intranet page
  • Support with the planning and execution of events, webinars and podcasts


The role would suit a graduate with some previous marketing experience or a junior assistant looking for a new challenge in a dynamic firm. Experience of marketing in professional services or FS is essential. The firm work with HNWIs, so candidates need to have a high attention to detail and be strong communicators.
