BD and Bids Executive


BD and Bids Executive role in a UK accountancy firm. 15-month FTC, with the possibility of extension. London based with flexible working arrangements.


We’re recruiting a BD and Bids Executive role in a UK accountancy firm with a friendly and supportive culture. The role will sit in the marketing team, managing the full bids and PQQ process as well as developing client targeting projects. The role will be part of a team of 11 and also have an assistant supporting with bid and tender development.


The BD and Bids Executive will:

  • Draft tender documents including PQQs, proposals and capability statements
  • Manage the bid feedback and reporting
  • Support on internal communications for the BD and bids team
  • Develop client targeting projects
  • Deliver the client feedback programme


The role would suit a business development professional with perhaps 18 months – 2 years of experience. Candidates need to be from a professional services background such as accountancy, legal or consultancy. Experience of bids is essential.


Location: The role will be based in London with flexible working 2/3 days a week once restrictions have eased.
