Senior Recruitment Consultant role in boutique recruitment agency, HOT DESK!! London-based, Competitive salary + excellent commission! Flexible/Hybrid working.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to take over a HOT HOT HOT desk!  We offer an excellent commission structure that guarantees you take home a third of your billings.  There is little business development required as our existing PSL relationships deliver a high number of quality roles to work on.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is driven and tenacious, you will help our clients build their teams with the very best talent.  Your inquisitive mind will bring together the very best talent with market leading firms.  You will work with integrity to help them fulfil their career aspirations; this is not a KPI driven environment focused solely on making a quick placement fee!

The ideal person:

• You take pride in your work. You build relationships built on trust, honesty and integrity.
• You must be inquisitive and be curious about people. You love asking questions and also listening to their answers.
• You should have excellent organisation skills and be able to multi-task. Add this to emotional intelligence and a bionic memory and we’re looking at a top performer.
• You will be resilient and tenacious. Recruitment is full of ups and downs.  The tenacious horse wins the race!
