The role will involve:
- Building deep relationships across your client base through regular review meetings.
- Driving client engagement through hosting client workshops and events for CEO and Board members and contributing to thought leadership and blog content
- events and thought leadership content and identify and delivering on opportunities to surprise and delight clients.
- Meeting an annual revenue retention and growth target
- Being the internal voice of the customer and influencing internal teams to have a customer-centric mindset
- Keeping abreast of key regulatory and risk changes and corporate information
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of strategic selling big ticket services to large financial institutions. You will possess high levels of EQ and demonstrate the gravitas to engage with people at C-suite.
