    Senior Bid Manager – second in command role in innovative global law firm. Strategic advisory role as team lead to the bids team. Hybrid working.

     

    This innovative global law firm really invests in its staff and offers real flexibility as well as a supportive culture.

    In this Senior Bid Manager role you will act as second-in-command to the Head of Bids and in particular, manage the growing bid team on a day-to-day basis. This is a highly successful and well regarded team which plays an invaluable role to the business. Working across Europe, Middle East and Asia you will lead on significant multi-jurisdictional bids and panel appointments.

     

    On a day-to-day basis, this will involve:

     

    • End-to-end bid management – playing an advisory and influencing role, guiding partners on major bids from inception to completion.
    • Liaising with clients to understand their needs;
    • Gathering bid feedback and using this to make improvements to the bidding process;
    • Acting as team leader to the bids team;
    • Coaching and developing the bid team;
    • Delivering strategic bid projects;

     

    You will have significant bid management experience gained in a large professional services firm – ideally a major law firm but those from a large accounting, consulting or real estate firm will also be considered. Influencing and persuasion skills are key for this role as is attention to detail and strong project management skills.
