Senior BD Executive role at a UK Top 100 law firm based in London. Competitive salary.

A well-known London based law firm is looking for a Senior BD Executive to join them in a newly created role within the business development team. You will be working closely with the Head of Business Development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing BD plans and client/referrer relationship management best practice in support of the firms BD and marketing activity.
• Managing tenders and work winning opportunities.
• Working closely with head of BD to drive opportunity and firm-wide BD initiatives and research projects targeting new and existing clients.
• Acting as link between lawyers and the wider BD and marketing team, and supporting partners with cross selling initiatives, helping to spot opportunities that facilitate client growth across practices.

To succeed in this role you will have experience of working in a business development, preferably within professional services and you will have some experience in leading on bids and proposal documents. You will need demonstrate strong relationship building skills, be highly organised and have effective written and communication skills.
