    Sales Manager

     

    Sales Manager.  This is a newly created Sales Manager position for a leading regional law firm; a leading provider of legal services to private clients and SMEs across the South East.  This role will be based in West Sussex on a hybrid working basis.  The firm has grown substantially through acquisition, and is very commercially focused.  This role will work closely with the senior management team to lead the firm’s sales strategy.  Responsibilities include:

     

    • Actively participate in the creation and generation of new enquiries.
    • Manage effective call and enquiry handling teams to ensure leads are correctly allocated.
    • Work alongside the senior leadership team to develop an effective sales and commercial awareness culture within the firm.
    • To direct digital marketing agency in their social media, advertising and client communication activities to drive lead generation.
    • Oversee and communicate analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for the development and direction of future campaigns, and improve the client experience.

     

    The ideal candidate will have similar experience gained in a regional law firm, or similar professional services organisation (such as accountancy).  You should have a proven track record in managing successful sales strategies, have implemented lead generation campaigns and be adept at training fee earners in sales techniques.  A good understanding of legal services would be advantageous, alongside the ability to analyse and interpret sales data.
