MBD Operations and Systems Coordinator (6 month FTC)

Marketing Operations & Systems Coordinator Role on a 6-month FTC at a highly ranked Global Law Firm, Birmingham Based, Competitive Salary

A well-known Global Law Firm is seeking a MBD Operations & Systems Coordinator to join their growing team in Birmingham. You will support M&BD tasks globally and oversee the workflow for Data Stewards and Operations Assistants team.

This role will report to a M&BD systems manager and you will work with colleagues globally.

Key Duties Of the Role Include:

• Manage workload across the team and monitor delivery KPIs
• Allocate tickets and tasks for incoming work
• Liaise with M&BD stakeholders on tasks and provide timelines for delivery of work
• Research and draft business summaries
• Update marketing material
• Track reports

The successful candidate must have experience working in a professional services environment, this could include legal, accounting, real estate or built environment. You must have strong administration, data management and organisational skills to succeed.
