We are working with a boutique London law firm, who specialise in employment law. They are looking to hire their first ever marketer to the team, as they look to grow. The role will involve implementing a marketing strategy and infrastructure, with a particular focus on digital marketing, campaigns, and events.
The role would suit a marketer with strong digital marketing experience, ideally from a professional services or FS background. An understanding of branding, google analytics and CMS systems is essential. Ideally candidates will have a marketing qualification or will have completed CIM. An understanding of the legal market and an interest in employment law is essential.
The role will be on a part time basis, 3 days a week. As the firm are operating with a hybrid working model, candidates will only need to come into the office 1 day a week. However, in the first few months, there may be the need to come in an extra day to meet key stakeholders. Normal office hours are between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm. Salary will be the 3 day equivalent of £50,000 – £60,000 = £30,000 – £36,000. They also offer a bonus and private healthcare as well as other standard benefits.
