    Marketing & BD Coordinator / Executive role, in a top global law firm, aligned to Litigation, Arbitration and Employment services. Birmingham based with hybrid working. Competitive salary.


    This major international law firm is currently expanding its business development team in Birmingham and is looking for a Marketing/Business Development Co-ordinator/Executive to join in support of the global litigation practice as well as wider initiatives. The role will take a big focus on driving new innovative business development ideas especially focussing on social media management. Key areas of focus will include:


    • Working with the team manager to plan and implement new strategies
    • Managing the Litigation and Employment team social media in collaboration with the US team
    • Creating tailored pitches through in-depth research and analysis
    • Maintaining internal communication and wider global intranets
    • Acting as ‘Account Coordinator’ for internal clients supporting with their client relationship initiatives
    • Supporting with events and seminars and ad hoc projects


    Ideal skills and experience:


    • Strong business development and marketing background
    • B2B/ Professional services experience, such as legal, accountancy or consultancy.
    • Knowledge of the legal market especially the litigation, arbitration and employment practice areas
    • Social media experience in a corporate environment
    • Ability to build relationship with partner level stakeholders
    • Creative mindset (experience of InDesign would be a plus)
