Internal Communications and Engagement Manager

This well-established law firm with offices in Bath is looking for an internal communications and engagement manager. 2 days in the Bath office, Up to £50K DOE

The internal communications and engagement manager role at this well-respected law firm will be responsible for executing an internal communications strategy and strengthening the firm’s dynamic culture.

This role will be responsible for bringing out their ESG messaging and employer brand and advising key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

• Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver effective communication and engagement initiatives
• Execute an effective employee communications and engagement strategy
• Ensure the firm’s weekly newsletter is issued and updated
• Manage and develop the digital executive

This role will suit someone with legal sector or professional services experience within internal communications ideally at the manager level. You must also have excellent written and presentation skills
