Interim BD Manager (Corporate and Real Estate)

Interim Business Development Manager role in a UK law firm. Aligned to Corporate and Real Estate. London with hybrid working. Initial 3 month FTC. Competitive salary.

Business Development Manager role supporting the Corporate and Real Estate groups, in a popular law firm. The firm is looking for a BD Manager to cover a busy period whilst they decide the new direction and headcount of the team.

The practices create the opportunity to work on some really interesting sub areas such as targeting startups, looking at the crossovers with the retail and hospitality sectors and supporting on their newly developed art practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as a key point on contact in the business for the Corporate and Real Estate groups;
• Support the Senior BD Managers on the BD strategy for Corporate, Real Estate, Retail and Hospitality;
• Act as a mentor to the BD Executives in the team;
• Developing credentials and RFP responses;
• Support on internal comms for the practice and sector groups, ensuring internal knowledge sharing;
• Support on the delivery of key thought leadership campaigns;

The ideal candidate will be an experienced legal BD Manager with exposure to either a corporate or real estate practice.
