European BD and Marketing Coordinator

A US law firm is looking for a European BD and Marketing Coordinator. London-based, hybrid working, up to £45K.

A BD and Marketing Coordinator vacancy has arisen at a highly established US Law Firm, where the successful candidate will be working on the Firm’s core Corporate practices. This role reports into a BD and Marketing manager.

You will work closely with stakeholders both in the London and US offices.

Key Duties Include:

• Create and maintain tailored materials for BD opportunities such as pitches, client presentations, etc
• Build the European office profiles through managing events and working with the PR team
• Gather business intelligence and research for clients
• Draft key directory submissions including liaising with fee earners

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing and / or business development role within the legal sector / or wider professional services is required. Having experience with content in M&A / PE, capital markets, FS, and litigation is highly sought after.
