    CRM Database and Digital Executive role in London law firm working on InterAction and Vuture. Hybrid working.


    An innovative individual with strong analytical skills is sought by this growing mid-sized law firm to join its team in London. You will be providing support to the marketing and business development team, and the partnership on digital marketing systems – InterAction and Vuture, as well as supporting with website management.  Approximately, the role will be split 60/40 between CRM and digital marketing.


    The CRM and Digital Marketing Executive will involve:

    • Responsibility for driving the firm’s CRM InterAction use on a day-to-day basis working with partners;
    • Working with the business to make sure this meets the needs of the business;
    • Responsibility for the data – cleansing and improving data quality;
    • Working on large-scale projects such as upgrades and integrations;
    • CRM reporting and analysis;
    • Advising on InterAction best practice;
    • Overall responsibility for developing training programmes.
    • Update and maintain the firm website
    • Support with digital marketing projects and campaigns
    • Support with social media management and data analysis
    • Utilising Google Analytics
