    Client Surveys Manager.


    Client Surveys Manager.  12 month contract.  Can be full or part time plus hybrid working.  Potential to be based in London or Birmingham.  This international law firm with a formidable reputation for excellence is hiring a unique project based client surveys manager role.  This is a newly created position to meet the increasing demands of clients around D&I, sustainability and crisis management/strategy.  Although this role will initially be a 12 month fixed term contract, but has huge potential within the firm.  The role will be responsible for liaising with multiple senior stakeholders across the business to create content to address clients’ needs around key issues.  Responsibilities include:


    • Responding to client surveys and requests for information focused on D&I and sustainability issues as well as relationship management and risk.
    • Helping to deliver new policy and process around how these surveys/RFIs are managed.
    • Coordinating senior stakeholders from a number of key areas to create engaging content in response to client surveys.


    This role is initially a 12 month fixed term contract due to the project based nature of the role, but does have long-term opportunity, or you may find another role internally!  The ideal candidate will have very strong people skills and demonstrate the ability to build a strong working relationships with stakeholders across the global business.  In addition, you will have excellent written skills and the ability to interpret information from multiple sources and stakeholders to draft strong copy, suitable for an external audience.  You will ideally have worked in a law firm in some capacity, perhaps as an internal comms manager, knowledge manager, paralegal or other BD/Project type role.
